VSE was founded by Registered Nurse Elaine Arguilla, the military spouse of a U.S Navy Hospital Corpsman and his long time friend and Senior Medical Officer Dr. Kelly Coffey. The trio have extensive knowledge and experience in the military and in the medical profession. Elaine's Husband, AL Arguilla, was a former VA employee specializing in VA disability development and also worked as a Veteran Service Representative, Rater for the VA.

We recognized that all Veterans need assistance with navigating their VA disabilities and we provide essential knowledge and knowhow with regards to processing your VA claims. As a Veteran owned business, it is our mission to provide quality administrative assistance to all Veterans and family members. Our goal is to educate Veterans and family members on their VA disabilities, VA entitlements, and all other ancillary services that they may qualify for.
